How to activate an archived contact
Quite frequently clients that worked with us in the past come back for another transaction. In this case, the contact is in the Archived Contacts list and we just need to reactivate it to keep on working in the same contact file. It’s as easy as you can see in the following steps.
1. In the Contacts section go to the Contact Status field
2. Display the filter and select Archived
3. Click on Search
4. From the list, click on the contact you want to reactivate
5. Click on the Wheel button to display the Actions menu
6. Select the option Activate
7. Confirm you want to reactivate the contact clicking on YES
8. You can check that the contact is now back in the Active Contacts list
