How to attach documents to a Contact File
In order to keep all the information about a client in just one place, the system allows uploading the documents or files related to a client. Let’s see how to do it.
A. From the Contacts section click on the contact you want to edit.
B. In the contact file click on Edit
C. Click on the Attachments tab
D. Click on Upload Files
E. Drag and drop the file you want to attach or click on this area and browse your computer until you find the file
F. You will see the progress of the upload.
G. Once uploaded, close the window
H. The file is uploaded and if you click on it you can edit it
I. You can write a description and any comment about the file.
J. Click on Save
K. Close the Edit window
L. A new tab with the Attachments has been added to the Contact file.
