How to quickly log the content of a phone call
After a telephone conversation with your client it is important to record its content in the contact history so that you can keep track of everything that happened with this contact. Let’s see how to do it!
1. In the Contacts section click on the contact you want to edit.
2. Click on Call.
3. The Subject is automatically populated by the CRM and all the available telephone numbers of the contact are displayed
4. Click on Details to type the content of the phone call
5. Now, click on Save
6. The phone call will be logged as an Activity in the Contact file
