How to Block / Unblock agencies in the MLS Network

In order to have full control over your shared properties you can configure your MLS Network as you wish. Just block or allow agencies in your Settings to get your own custom Network. See here how to do it!

A. Go to Settings section and click on Network to see the list of all the agencies members of Inmobalia CRM Network.

B. By default, all the agencies are fully allowed to share properties with you as reflected in the Sharing in Network column.

C. If you want to block an agency just click on it.

D. Once in the agency click on the green button.

E. Click on Block.

F. Confirm you really want to block this agency.

G. Now the button is red and says Blocked. This is where you need to click if you want to Unblock the agency.

H. Now in the list the Sharing status has changed to No (we block).

I. In the case any agency has blocked your agency the Sharing status column will show No (they block).

J. You can ask the agency to unblock yours going into the agency and clicking on Contact.

K. Select the subject Unblock request and an email template will be showed with this purpose. Just click on Request and it will reach the other agency.

L. In any case, in the list of agencies you can use the Sharing in Network filter to see which agencies share properties with your agency and which agencies don’t.
