How to search the properties we have allowed to clone to only specific agencies By Agreement or to All Agencies

To keep track of the properties you are collaborating with other agencies on, it is important to be able to easily search for them in the property database. Read on to learn how to find them.

a. Go to the Properties section.

b. Click on the Magnifier button for an Advanced search.

c. Go to the Allow Clone & Web filter.

d. You can select the To any agency option.

e. Click on Search.

f. The list shows all the properties you have allowed to clone to All Agencies.

g. You can also select By agreement from Allow Clone & Web filter.

h. Click on Search.

i. The list shows the properties you allow to clone only to the agencies you have an agreement with.

j. If you want to know the properties you have allowed to clone to a specific agency, then keep By Agreement and click on Add in the filter Allow to Agency.

k. Select the agency and Save.

l. Click on Search.

m. Now the results list shows the properties you have allowed to clone to this specific agency.

n. In any case, you can always check the Preview of each property to know how and with whom you are collaborating in this specific property.
