What are the REMS

REMS stands for Real Estate Messaging System. These are those messages that are sent between real estate agencies looking for properties for a client (Network Lead) or potential buyers/tenants for a property (Property Ad). These messages are sent to all users of the MLS Network.

1. Click on REMS if you want to see the messages sent by the agencies.

2. If you click on Property Ads, you will see all the properties offered by the other agencies. You can use the search engine to narrow down the list.

3. Click on the PropertyAd you want to see.

4. You can see the details of the agency and agent that is offering the property, a message from this agent and the property with its description.

5. If you click on Network Leads you will see messages from other agencies with their clients’ requests. Use the search engine to narrow down the list.

6. Click on the Network Lead you want to see.

7. You will see the details of the agency and agent that are offering the client, a message from the agent and the client’s Enquiry.
