How to send a Network Lead

A client’s Enquiry can be sent as a Network Lead to all the agencies that are Network members. When an agency receives a Network Lead the CRM automatically matches the lead with the property portfolio and notifies any the new business opportunity. Let’s see how to do it!

1. In the Contacts section select the buyer or tenant

2. Click on Enquiries Tab

3. Click on the Enquiry you want to promote

4. Open the Actions Menu and select the option Send NetworkLead

5. Type the Subject

6. Write the message you want to communicate

7. Select the proper Category

8. The main details of the Enquiry are automatically included so all you have to do is click on Send.

9. The other agencies from the Network will receive your message in the REMS > NetworkLeads
