How to add Activity types

Inmobalia CRM offers by default several Activity Types but each agency has the option to create as many Activity Types as they want to manage their clients or properties more easily. Let’s discover how easy it is.

1. In the menu click on Settings and then Agency Settings.

2. Now go to the Activity Types tab and there click on Add Activity Type.

3. Type the name of the Activity Type. Then, you can select an icon and a color to help you visually identify the activity in the Calendar in case it is linked to an Event.

4. Click on Save.

5. The new Activity Type is in the list. In case you want to modify it you can click on Edit.

6. Now, when you create an Activity you will be able to select the new Activity Type from the list.
