How to add Client Status

The Client Status field is used to indicate how interested is a client in completing the transaction, which can help prioritise when managing clients. Each agency can create its own Client Status list. Let’s see how to do it.

1. In the menu go to Settings section and click on Agency settings.

2. Now, go to the Client Status tab and click on Add Client Status.

3. Type the Client Status.

4. Click on Save.

5. The new Client Status is now in the list.

6. Now, when you are creating/editing a Contact file you can any Client Status option in the field Lead Status.
