How to use the Agent Chat

When working with a property on the Network, there is a really useful tool called “Agent Chat”, through which we can communicate with the listing agency and ask any questions regarding the property. All these conversations are reflected in the Agent Chat section. Let’s see how to start an Agent Chat conversation.

1. From the Properties section click on the Network property you want to see

2. In the Property, click on the Agent Chat button

3. Click on the option that better suits your question.

4. In the pop-up window type the Subject of your request

5. Write the message for the listing agency

6. Click on Send

7. Conversations will be accesible from the Agent Chat section
