Similar properties

Duplicated properties are allowed in the Network. By comparing different parameters, the CRM is able to detect those duplicates, group them and display them together in the same tab. Let’s see how to manage duplicated properties.

1. You need to make the property search in the Network from the Sales section

2. When you get the results you will see this sign in some properties to indicate it is duplicated.

3. Click on the Similar Properties sign and the list will show the duplicates ungrouped and highlighted.

4. Click the sign to group the duplicates again.

5. Click on the property with the Similar Properties sign to enter

6. Here you will find a tab called Similar

7. In the Similar tab you will find the list of duplicates and the agencies that are listing them so you can decide which agency you prefer to work with.
