How to improve visibility: Property verification

When sharing a property on the MLS Network, it will have more visibility if it is verified, and for this it must meet two requirements. First, it must have the correct Cadastral Reference. Second, it must have the information regarding the commission to be shared with another MLS Network agency in case of collaboration. Please, follow these steps to learn how to verify a property.

1. From the Properties section, click on the property you want to edit.

3. Go to the Private tab

4. Enter the Cadastral Reference on the proper field.

5. Click on Save

6. The system compares the Cadastral Reference with the Government site to assure it is correct. If it is, it will be showed in the Private tab.

7. To meet the Comission request go to the Comission tab.

8. Complete the fields with the commission percentage you will share with the collaborating agency.

9. Click on Save

J. When you save it, you will see that the property is now flagged as Verified.
