How to search activities
Activities are the best way to track agents’ individual performance or to have a generic overview on the functioning of the agency. Combining different filters you can get a lot of helpful information. Follow these steps to discover how to use the activities search engine.
A. Go to Management > Activities section
B. On top you can find the search area with different fields. The first one is for free text search
C. If you tick this checkbox you will get only those activities marked with “Need attention”. These activities are shown in red.
D. Next filter is for the Activity Type. Click on Add to open the selector.
E. Select from the list one or more types. Click on Save.
F. Next is the the Responsible filter. Select the agent from the list and Search to get the list of activities performed by this agent.
G. If you want to see the activities that have been done for an specific contact, just use the Contact filter and Add the contact from the list
H. To find out which activities the agency has performed for a specific property you can use the Properties filter
I. You can use the Dev filter to search the activities recorded for a specific development.
J. Next filter is for searching by Date. You can filter activities by Date created, Date modified or the Starting date of a related event.
K. When you have selected the Date filter, you can manually add a time range or use the preset time ranges.
L. When working with the results of a search you can Add or Remove columns from the list
M. You can use the Paper Sheet button to obtain reports of the results.
N. Just select the Type of report, give it a name and Generate it.
Ñ. If you plan to periodically make a search, remember that you can save the search using the Pin button.
O. Name the search you are saving and save it
P. Next time you want to use a saved search click on the Pin button.
Q. Click on the Magnifier in the Search to get the results.
