How to manage Opportunities notifications

When a buyer/tenant has an active Enquiry with manual alert, every time a new property enters the system and matches our client’s enquiry we will receive a notification in the Dashboard informing us about this new business opportunity. Let’s see how to manage these Opportunities notifications.

1. In the Dashboard there is a section for Notifications

2. Click on the Opportunities notification

3. We will go to the Enquiries section and find the Enquiry that generated the business opportunity. Click on it.

5. We will find the opportunities pending to be managed

6. Click on a Property to check if it is really interesting for your client.

7. Click on Email to send the property to your client.

8. Select the language

10. Type the subject

11. Click on Send

13. If you don’t like the property for your client you can always reject it. Just select the property with the checkbox and click on the X.

14. Confirm you want to reject the opportunity by clicking on YES

15. Rejected properties will be archived in the Rejected tab. These properties will not be offered again as new opportunities

16. The opportunities you have sent to your client will be stored in the Proposed tab of the contact.
