All the documents related to a property can be attached to the property file. This way we will have all the information together and available in one place. Follow these steps to find out how to do it.

A. In the Properties section click on the property you want to edit.

B. Click on Edit

C. Go to the Attachments tab

D. Click on Add

E. You can drag and drop the attachments or click on the striped area to browse your computer and select the attachments.

F. The file will be automatically uploaded

G. When the uploading is finished close the uploading window and click on the attachment line to edit it

H. You can edit the name of the attachment

I. Select the attachment type from the drop-down list

J. If you want the attachment published in your website and portals check Publish

K. If you share the property in the Network and you want to make visible the attachment for all the agencies just check Network

L. You can also inform the language of the attachment

In occasions you may need to change the responsible lister of several properties. It will be easy and quick if you follow these steps.

1. In the Properties section use the Listed By filter to get the list of properties listed by a specific user.

3. When you have the results, select all the properties in the list ticking the first checkbox.

4. Click on the Bulk Actions button.

5. Select the option Replace listed by

6. In the popping-up window select the present lister in the Replace User field and select the new lister in the To User field

Sometimes you want to keep the property confidential, for the eyes of your agency colleagues only. In this case we set the property Offline, meaning it is active but will not be published anywhere.

When a property is listed in the CRM and you want to publish it on your website, on property portals or in the MLS you need to set the property Online.

The maximum size allowed for an image is 20Mb. If you need to upload a bigger image you just need to follow these steps.

A. Go to the Properties section
