REMS are received by all users with the appropriate permission. However, in the User’s Profile each user can decide whether he/she wants to receive REMS notifications or not. Moreover, you can set the system to receive REMS notifications also in your email. Follow these steps to find out how to do this.

1. From the Dashboard, click on user’s name to enter the User’s Profile

2. Go to the Network area.

3. Check or uncheck Receive PropertyAds according to your wishes.

A client’s Enquiry can be sent as a Network Lead to all the agencies that are Network members. When an agency receives a Network Lead the CRM automatically matches the lead with the property portfolio and notifies any the new business opportunity. Let’s see how to do it!

1. In the Contacts section select the buyer or tenant

When you have a property you want to promote you can use the REMS PropertyAd to send it to all agents in the MLS Network. This ensures maximum reach among agents and also ensures that the system will work for you, because when you send a REMS, an immediate automatic matching is done in the recipient’s database generating automatic opportunities for business that will be notified to the agent. Learn now how to submit a PropertyAd.

1. In the Properties section click on the property you want to advertise.

REMS stands for Real Estate Messaging System. These are those messages that are sent between real estate agencies looking for properties for a client (Network Lead) or potential buyers/tenants for a property (Property Ad). These messages are sent to all users of the MLS Network.

1. Click on REMS if you want to see the messages sent by the agencies.

2. If you click on Property Ads, you will see all the properties offered by the other agencies. You can use the search engine to narrow down the list.
