If you want to know which of your properties are shared with other agencies in the Network, you just need to use a filter in the search engine. See how easy it is

1. Go to the Properties section and make sure you are viewing your Own properties.

When another agency contacts us via the “Agent Chat” tool, replying is quick and easy. Let’s see how to do it.

When you make a search in the MLS Network the system offers the results with some filters applied by default. One of those is the Review Date filter, that shows by default the properties that have been reviewed during the last year. So if you have shared a property in the MLS Network and you want it to have the best visibility, you will need to keep it as up to date as possible. Let’s see how to update the Review Date of a property.

1. When you make a search in the MLS Network the “Reviewed” field is by default set as < 1 Year.

When exploring the Network looking for properties, we can find some time a property that should not be there. Recently sold properties, exclusivity granted to your agency by the owner, etc. If you find this case you can report this property and the listing agency will remove the property from the Network. This is the way to do it.

Duplicated properties are allowed in the Network. By comparing different parameters, the CRM is able to detect those duplicates, group them and display them together in the same tab. Let’s see how to manage duplicated properties.

If you want to find properties among those the other agencies have shared in the Network you will see that it’s as simple as it is in your own portfolio. However, there are a few filters that are specific for the Network search. Let’s have a look at them!

A. Go to the Properties section. Turn on the Network switch and turn off the Own properties switch.

From a client’s Enquiry we can easily launch a search to find the properties that match the request. The first search is done by default in your own listings but with just a couple of clicks you will expand the search to the whole Network properties. You just need to follow these steps.

1. Click on the contact you want find properties for.
