How to clone properties from a Network Development

You can clone the units listed inside a development to be part of your own Property Data Base so you can publish them on your website and even send them to property portals. Look at these steps to learn how to do it.

A. In the Developments section turn on the Network switch and off your Own developments.

B. Click on Search

C. When Network developments are onscreen click on the one you want to work with.

D. First, you need to clone the Development. Click on the wheel button and select the option Clone from Network.

E. Confirm it by clicking on YES

F. The cloned development window will pop up just in case you want to edit the cloned development. When you finish, close this window.

G. Still in the Network development, go to the Properties tab.

H. Click on the property you want to clone.

I. The Property window will pop up. Click on the wheel to open the Actions menu and select the option Clone from Network.

J. Confirm it by clicking on YES

K. Now the Property is in your own data base and a it will pop up in a new window.

L. Type your own reference or leave it blank if you prefer the system to provide you with one.

M. You can add Tags and select your Listing Types.

N. Click on New Description and select the language.

Ñ. When the description is done click on Save

O. Set the Property Online to send it to your website. If you want to export it to your property portals you can select them in the Portals/Feeds tab.

How to clone developments from Network

In the Development Network you will find a list of New Developments provided directly by the developers with all details and regularly updated. The system gives you the chance to clone to your own data base any of these developments so you can use it and publish it in your website as it was your own listing. See here how you can do it.

1. In the Developments section click on the Network switch and Search.

2. Click on the development you want to clone.

3. In the development, click on the wheel to open the Actions menu and then click on Clone from Network.

4. Confirm it by clicking on YES

5. Back in your own Developments data base you will see the cloned development is in the list.

6. If you enter the development you will see a note telling you it has been Cloned from Inmobalia Developments.

7. As it is now in your own listings you can Edit it

8. In the Edit mode you will notice that you can edit everything but the prices and the Property Types. Those fields will be automatically updated when the original development is updated.

9. Now you can set the development Online if you want to publish it in your website.

How to share a development in the Network

When you have the exclusivity to market a New Development, it may be interesting to share it on the Development Network. This is a way of making that Development available to all CRM member agencies so that they can offer it to their clients directly from the system. If you want to share your New Developments on the Network, just follow these steps.

A. In the Development section click on the development you want to share.

B. Check the development is Online as only Online developments can be shared.

C. Click on Edit

D. You will see that in the Edit mode there is no option to share the Development.

E. It happens because we need to verify the Development is correct before sharing it, so please send us an email to support@inmoba.com and we will verify the development.

F. When you receive our verification you need to come back to the Development.

G. Click on Edit

H. You will see that the option to share the Development is now enabled.

I. Open it and select the option Shared

J. Close the Edit window.

K. Now you can check that the development status is Online and Shared.

How to send a development

You can send a Development to your clients quick and easily. Let’s see how to do it.

A. From the Developments section click on the development you want to send.

B. You can send it clicking on Email

C. Select the language you want to use.

D. The development is embedded in the email. Select the recipients, type the Subject and the message you wish and finally click on Send.

E. You can use the PDF button to create a window card.

F. Select the format and configure it.

G. You can Print down the window card

H. Or you can attach the window card to an Email.

I. Just write the message, select the recipients and the send it.

J. You can also use the Share button to send the development.

K. From the popping up window you can send it via WhatsApp or share it in any Social Media.

How to add properties to a development

If we want to show in a Development the units it contains, we must include those units as separate properties in the Properties section. Then, each of those properties must be linked to its Development. Follow the steps to find out how to do this.

1. In the Properties section create a new property or select it from the list and edit it if it already exists.

2. In the Development field click on Select.

3. Select the Development that contains the property and click on Save.

4. Click on Save

5. Confirm it

6. Go now to the Developments section and click on the Development.

7. A new tab called Properties has showed up. It includes all the properties/units you have linked from the Properties section.

How to add a New Development

In the Developments section you have to enter the showcase of the residential complex. This is a generic overview of the development that explains its general characteristics, the types of units it includes and its price range. Let’s see how to include a New Development in our CRM.

A. In the Developments section click on New

B. You can write your own Reference or just leave it blank and the system will provide a reference. Then, type the name of the Development.

C. Click on Select to add the Location

D. Search and select the location and click on Save

E. Define the price range with the fields Price From and Price To

F. Open the Property Types selector to add the types of units included in the Development. Then click on Save

G. Check the Features of the Development and then click on Save.

H. Click on New description.

I. Select the language of the description.

J. Type the Short Description

K. Type the Main Description

L. Click on Save

M. When saved new tabs will show up to complete the Development file.

N. In the Images tab click on Upload images

Ñ. Drag and drop the images or browse your computer to upload them.

O. Drag the images to set them in your preferred order.

P. The images are now uploaded and sorted out, but they are not published. To publish them open the Wheel menu and select them all.

Q. Then open again the Wheel menu and select the option Publish.

R. Confirm it by clicking on YES

S. When the World icon is blue the image is published. Now select the Main image clicking on the Star icon.

T. Click on Save

U. Complete and Save the rest of the information you have for the Private tab.

V. In the Attachment tabs click on Add to upload documentation related to the Development.

W. Drag and drop the files or browse your computer to upload them.

X. Attachments are now uploaded but are not published. If you want to publish them click on each one.

Y. Here, edit the name if needed, select the type of attachment and choose its language. Finally tick Publish and Save.

Z. If you have documents, videos or virtual tour hosted in another platform, you can upload them in the Links or the HTML tabs.

A. To do it just click on Add

B. In the Url field paste the shareable link provided by the external platform, complete the other fields and Save.

C. Finally, decide if you want to set the status of the Development as Online or Offline.
