Sometimes we need to reassign a list of contacts to a new agent. Using the filters and the bulk action button we can do it fast and easy. Just follow these steps.

1. In the Contacts section use the Assigned To filter to get the list of contacts assigned to a specific user.

2. Click on Search

3. When you have the list of contacts, use the first checkbox to select them all.

4. Click on the Bulk Actions button.

5. Select Replace assignation option.

6. The system will ask if you want to extend this action to the full list of contacts. Click on YES

Quite frequently clients that worked with us in the past come back for another transaction. In this case, the contact is in the Archived Contacts list and we just need to reactivate it to keep on working in the same contact file. It’s as easy as you can see in the following steps.

1. In the Contacts section go to the Contact Status field

After a telephone conversation with your client it is important to record its content in the contact history so that you can keep track of everything that happened with this contact. Let’s see how to do it!

1. In the Contacts section click on the contact you want to edit.

In a Contact file you can add as many additional contact methods as you want. If you do it, every time you send an email to your contact, the system will offer you the main email and all the additional ones just in case you want to use them.

When recording an activity you have the chance to link it to a calendar event. This functionality is specially useful when you are recording a future activity as you can set a reminder to not forget about it. Follow these steps to see how easy it is.

A. In the Contacts section click on the contact for whom you will record the activity.

B. In the contact click on the Wheel to open the menu and select Create activity.
