First of all, the SMTP Authentication must be enabled by the Administrator of your Microsoft 365 email accounts. Here the steps the Admin must follow:

Use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to enable or disable SMTP AUTH on specific mailboxes

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and go to Users > Active users.
  2. Select the user, and in the flyout that appears, select Mail.
  3. In the Email apps section, select Manage email apps.
  4. Verify the Authenticated SMTP setting: unchecked = disabled, checked = enabled.
  5. When you’re finished, select Save changes.

 

Once enabled, Inmobalia Administrators must complete the SMTP configuration for every user. Without this information the user will not be able to send emails from the CRM. If you don’t know the SMTP details of your email accounts please contact your IT specialist who will help you get them from the email account settings. When you have them, just follow these steps to put them in the CRM.

A. Click on Settings, Users and then click on the user you want to edit.

C. Click the checkbox Enabled SMTP

D. Include the SMTP Host, SMTP Security, SMTP Username (your email address) and SMTP Password (your email password).

How to add Inmobalia Calendar to Iphones

  1.  In Inmobalia ‘Calendar’ tab, select your calendar and copy the “iCal Subscription” link
  2.  Send this link by email to the email account you have on your iPhone to have it available on your phone.
  3.  On the iPhone, go to “Settings -> ‘Mail, contacts, calendars’ -> Add account -> Other -> Add subscribed calendar. Add a new one by pasting the link from step 2.

 

How to add Inmobalia Calendar to Android Phones

  1.  Install ‘Google Calendar’ from Google Play if your phone doesn’t already have it.
  2.  From the computer we enter the Google account (the one that is configured in the Android phone) and in another browser window we put this link https://calendar.google.com to open the calendar.
  3.  On the left side of the calendar window you will see the option “Other calendars”, click on the arrow next to it.
  4.  In the options select ‘Add by URL’.
  5.  In your Inmobalia Calendar copy the “iCal Subscription” link.
  6.  Back in Google Calendar, paste the url you copied in Inmobalia.
  7.  Click on Add Calendar and it will appear in your “Other calendars” list, on the left side.
  8.  The “Google Calendar” application must be configured to synchronise. This can be checked in the phone Settings -> Accounts -> Google -> Email -> Calendar “Enable sync”.

 

How to add Inmobalia Calendar on OSX

  1.  In your Inmobalia Calendar copy the “iCal Subscription” link.
  2.  Open the Mac Calendar application and click on File->New Calendar Subscription. In the new window paste the link you copied from Inmobalia. Accept and that’s it.

 

How to add Inmobalia Calendar to OSX or iPhone via Google Calendar (allows notifications)

  1.  From the computer we enter the Google account and in another browser window we put this link https://calendar.google.com to open the calendar.
  2.  On the left side of the calendar window you will see the option “Other calendars”, click on the arrow next to it.
  3.  In the options, select ‘Add by URL’.
  4.  In your Inmobalia Calendar copy the “iCal URL” link that appears just below it.
  5.  Back in Google Calendar, paste the url you copied from Inmobalia.
  6.  Click on Add calendar. The calendar will appear in your “Other calendars” list, on the left side. From there we can configure whether we want to receive notifications for the events in that calendar.
  7.  Go to this link https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect?pli=1 to enable synchronisation on devices.
  8.  On the iPhone, go to Settings -> ‘Mail, contacts, calendars’ -> Add account -> Google -> Enter login details -> Choose calendar synchronisation.

If the New Lead form comes from a portal the system will receive the form and parse it automatically to extract the details and create them as a New Contact.
